Our delivery terms

All MaxxECU products are for off-road use only. They are not intended for use on the highways or the streets.

Our products are intended to be used for racing on different car models of different model years. Different regulatory regimes apply and change often. In some cases, the required rebuild of brakes, suspension, etc., to the car must be approved at the registration inspection. It is the customer's responsibility to verify that the vehicle after installation of our products can be approved under competition regulations and inspection agency standards.

We reserve the right to change specifications and pricing change without notice.

All sales are cash/cards, cash on delivery, or payment in advance unless otherwise agreed.
Where delivery takes place directly to the ENDCUSTOMER, we will reserve the right to choose the delivery method to avoid drop shipping or changes in delivery method that are against the EU 12g rules.

Unclaimed items are not covered by any distance contracts. Products which are specially designed for specific customers account will not be accepted for return.

An RMA request must be made via our contact page before ANY kind of return shipment to us. Returns must not have cash on delivery or other charges.

The customer must claim transport damages directly to the transport company.

UPGRADE AND RACING PRODUCTS, ie. products for power-enhancing purposes, we leave a function guarantee. We do not stand for any consequential damages. Nor for direct or indirect losses due to personal injury or property loss or damage to property other than by us appraised property will not accept responsibility. For both consumer and corporate acquisitions as our commitments only if our instructions are followed regarding installation, service, operation, and supervision. When uncertain, the customer must contact Maxxtuning AB for clarification. Injuries incurred in connection with racing are not compensated.

Business losses are not compensated.
